Scale Circular is a structured, visually rich, and pedagogically sequenced learning app on cement-based materials and their role in the Circular Economy.

Scale Circular bridges the gap between fundamental materials science and sustainable engineering practice, from the microstructure of materials to their properties in construction and knowledge-based decision-making.

It was conceived as an app because the visual and interactive nature of the content – materials’ atomic structure and chemical bonds; animated manufacturing process; microstructure representations; property correlations – cannot be adequately conveyed through traditional textbooks or general-purpose digital tools.
